Merry Christmas! We had a great Christmas and the girls had a blast. We were lucky to have Mamaw and Papaw here for a couple weeks and played games the whole time. We did Christmas cupcake wars which Candace won so our next round will be Valentines Day. We built Gingerbread Houses which Todd won (he is very detailed). Santa was good to us again this year, Layla got her Doll House and the girls both got wooden rocking horses. Naomi didn't really care that much except for her books and the boxes everything came in! Santa brought me an awesome camcorder and socks and Todd got basketball shoes, 3 hours worth of massages and the NBA package (which for all of Laker fans has not been good this year). It was a great Holiday and I'm pretty sure I put on ten pounds :) but tis the season! My New Years resolution is to keep up with the blog :)
Ok, so I haven't updated in awhile and I'm sorry, it got away from me but we had a fun Halloween and a great Thanksgiving. Layla was an Owl and Naomi was Minnie Mouse for Halloween. Todd took them around the neighborhood (I kinda followed behind) but Layla was running from door to door with a group of big kids, a little scary for me but she had a good time. Thanksgiving was good, we did cupcake wars which I won :) Wes was here who Layla loves and we ate too much ans just hung out. We got a bunch of snow so Brianne took the girls out...Naomi did not have fun! But we decorated for Christmas, put up the trees and Todd and Eric put lights on the house (after some coaxing from Layla "Daddy why are we the only house that doesn't have Christmas spirit lights on our house" Next day they were up! The girls are getting so big and we are just enjoying life. I will put up Christmas photos tonight!
